  2. Curate Content:  Tailor content that addresses the areas where improvement is needed. 

  3. Reporting:  Monitor progress across the platform with the leaders and the dedicated HTB CSM. 

  4. Mentor & Adapt:  Receive mentorship from the dedicated Customer Success Manager ensuring the efficacy of curated content and an improved understanding of how analysts are performing.

  5. Execute:  Implement skill development prior to repeating the process.
